Kim Zibrowski
Kim Zibrowski has been involved with horses since she was 5 years old. Her passion has been her life’s focus, from showing successfully as a child to showing Prix St. George on a horse she trained herself. Kim is constantly researching, attending clinics and expanding her knowledge base. She has closely studied the biomechanics of the horse and rider and strongly believes in the power of a harmonious partnership between animal and human.
Her commitment to a career as a trainer, coach and rider has led her to gather knowledge from some of the world’s best coaches and riders. As a young rider, she worked at the Verden Auction House in Germany. She has also been privileged to work and ride with many well-know coaches and riders, both in North America and Europe.
Kim’s level of expertise gives her the confidence and skill to work with all types and levels of horses and riders. She has ridden, shown and trained a wide variety of horses, from starting youngsters, re-training challenging mounts, shaping jumpers and dressage contenders to simply helping horses find pleasure and accomplishment with their riders. Her approach combines an understanding of the importance of relaxation, the principles of classic dressage and an unerring ability to create trust between the partners without compromising excellence.
Kim has managed a wide variety of riding facilities, both in BC and Alberta. The comfort, both mental and physical, of the horses in her care is a priority for her and her staff.
Focus
“The classical art of riding can best be defined as the method that aims at obtaining perfect harmony between rider and horse in a natural way and in full consideration of the psychology of the horse…”
Wilhelm Mueseler - Director of the Beerman Riding Institute

The principles of dressage can be applied to any type of riding, from jumping to trail riding to Western events. At Sirius horses, we will help you meet your goals as a rider while highlighting the strengths of your horse.
